Recuperate
The importance of rest cannot be emphasized enough. Creatives need to step back from time to time, and allow themselves to breathe, lay down, and recuperate from the stresses of life and content creation. For a few days, now, I have been resting from my usual activities (and there are more personal reasons for this brief hiatus that I won't discuss here), but having recuperated sufficiently, will now return to my normal schedule of promotion and creation. Several great things are in store for the next several months! Be on the lookout, and as always: STAY EPIK!

First Day Of Spring
So it is. Winter has come to an end, and the cooler weather is lifting. I am personally not looking forward to the searing heat of summer here in the desert lands, but nevertheless, my third favorite season is here, and I am glad! Blossoms, flowers, blooming, growing; new beginnings. I hope that this year continues to bring more success to those seeking it out!
In other news, I shall be working tirelessly upon my music for singles, albums, packs (for Patreon), and other projects in the works. I have another album in those works, and it shall dwarf Voice of Thunder by an hundredfold! If "Otar the Foul" was so good, just wait to hear what is in store for listeners and readers alike!
Anyway, for now, I make an end. Farewell for now, and as always: STAY EPIK!

Epikus
I think we all know who this is...but if not, here is the main character and protagonist of the story: Epikus! He wields the mighty Voice of Thunder, a hereditary power passed down through the generations of kings and queens of Zen.

Progress is Progress!
I feel I have come a long way from when I seriously started top promote myself in 2012. I know very little about music production, other than to l how to compose, and now? I'm making some money off my music; the sound quality has improved; I know a few tricks to make the virtual orchestra sound more realistic; and overall, I have come a long way. I still have mutch to learn, but I approach such learning with enthusiasm!
I hope the coming years bring lots of progress and joy.
STAY EPIK!

Alita Battle Angel!
A few days ago, I had the opportunity to see Alita Battle Angel in theaters. Wow. What a fantastically-made film! The story, character development, VFX, score, and experience I'd seeing it is just glorious! You truly felt the triumphs and pains Alita went through, magnified by the awesome (literal definition) score composed by Tom Holkenborg (JunkieXL). By all means, go see it! It is one of those Epik films that will last through the ages! As always: STAY EPIK!

SNOW!
IT'S SNOWING, AAAAAAAGH! I CAN'T ADEQUATELY EXPRESS HOW EXCITED AND HAPPY THIS MAKES ME!
Now that I've got your attention, I'll reiterate: it snowed this morning, early here in Lucerne Valley. We received about an inch (that's 2.54 cm for the metric users) of the fluffy white stuff, and it was great to go walk in it for a time with my brother.
It brought back old memories...namely of my years in east Idaho and north-central Utah. In both those states, in the winter, it would snow, though Idaho got more. I get a feeling of peace and comfort when it snows outside - it's hard to explain, really. I just feel...at home, I guess.
